Konig & Meyer 28070 hamrat cymbalstativ

Great quality and well designed hammered dulcimer stand. However, it is way too big for my 15/14 Masterworks dulcimer. Front to back, at it's narrowest setting, it is still 5cm too long. I contacted the manufacturer to see if they could supply a shorter centre bar on which the dulcimer rests but they couldn't help. Given the overall quality of the stand I decided to keep it and have had to add a 5cm thick block of wood to keep the dulcimer in place. Not ideal but still better than the stand I got with the dulcimer which simply isn't adjustabe enough for my needs. I suggest the manufacturer and seller needs to state clearly the dimensions from widest to narrowest settings as that was nowhere to be found in the description. Had I seen that first I wouldn't have purchased it. To be fair I was offered a refund.
